The second one looks a lot more professional (though it would probably need a little breathing space on the left, so that the letter aren't so close to the edge, and a little less spacing between lines; those two simple changes would improve it greatly).

I love the little imps on the first, but the cover as a whole screams non-professionally-made to me and might cause some potential buyers who don't know your books to steer clear of your work.
