Well, the slow part's over with.  Having given them a good reason not to go through all of the Beyond, I turned around and gave them a really good reason to go.

thinking things through

Was recently reading an article about someone building a world.  He wanted to base it on a dichotomy other than Good vs. Evil.  So after playing about a bit -- Fire and Ice, Truth and Deceit, Mental and Physical -- he came up with Sun vs. Moon.
