A character is about to learn something.
In particular that he can detect certain people without seeing them. Probably, from his point of view, though he dismisses it, only to learn more later.
Now, I had made notes about a fire in the outline, which was involved in the incident, but I realized I didn't take notes on who it was. All the more in that it was a very limited set of people. That he didn't see that person helped but it leaves me trying to remember.
Or perhaps assigning it. Only two characters are probable.
