iconic names

I need more iconic names. Jack, Hendrick, Anna and others -- well, they are fairy tale names, but so are the others: Snow-White, or Silverhair.
Perhaps I should name more of them after articles of clothing. Greenhood or Goldring or something. . . .

She was illiterate and superstitious, a walking Dark Age, and of course none of that mattered to the man who saw her and fell base over apex…]

Date: 2019-08-04 01:40 am (UTC)All the more reason to make them understandable to the audience. Everyman: Jack and the Beanstalk. I like the idea of using distinctive clothing, but there’d have to be a good backstory implied - or mistranslated. “Stonebelt” from Sto’en-belt from stolen belt (!)
