They have not percolated everywhere yet, but Sorcery And Kings as the collection, and Queen Shulamith's Ball, Ripening Gold, The Hall of the Heiress, Oath Keeper, and The Firemaster and the Flames are all available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
And other locations. Will be percolating outward, both the ebooks, and the paperbacks for the first two.
