marycatelliGot a story. I think it's going to start with the heroine and her companions (one in particular) are summoned for a mission by royalty.
The rest of the backstory -- heroine's and the particular other's, the others' only in relationship to them -- will emerge as it unwinds, because otherwise it will be episodic. Hmmm -- the convoluted structure they traverse on the mission will be an excellent symbolic structure to unwind the labyrinthine complexity of their lives. . . .
If I can pull it off. We'll see.
