naming brothers

marycatelliWas naming a pair of brothers Fortunato and Per.
Then was pondering. I've been naming them from fairy tales with glee and abandon -- but an Italian and a Scandinavian name for brothers -- especially since there's another variant of the tale with Per where the hero is named Piro, also Italian.
The tale will much more resemble the Scandinavian ones than the Italian, but the name works.
And perhaps I should be considering giving more off the wall names, like Snow-White.
