The bear trudging through the forest between the scenes informed me, in terms of no ambiguity, that he's going to have some scenes.
Some fairly miserable scenes, since he thought that he and his wife had the danger carefully corralled. In which he thinks angry thoughts about various fairy tales featuring bears.
Hmmm -- I did not even think of Goldilocks and the Three Bears -- perhaps I should include it. He having no home at all to be disrupted.
And it would of course be wise to include the scene where he first learned that something went wrong, and when he arrives at the end -- even more miserable. Hmmm. Probably feels the additional enchantment snapping into place.
