an embarrassment of riches
Dec. 29th, 2019 10:05 pmThe heroine has to tell the difference between the hero and an impostor.
And so she has the clever idea of asking something that the hero doesn't know but that the impostor doesn't know that he doesn't know.
Which means I have to work it out.
Mind you, I've been jotting down ideas, but I need to pick one.
She's not going to pick one that's too revealing, especially since other people are listening, but the demands of plotting probably indicate that it should be a little more revealing that she had quite intended when she first grabbed it. (She's in a rush, she can be a little stupid.)
Especially this is just before she and the hero have many dramatic revelations.
