Short stories don't want to be revised.
Novels don't want to be written.
I should finish up an outline and write a short -- new, fresh, original writing. But my two most complete outlines are stymied.
I may just set something on fire in one.
And have the nobles in the other arrested for something dull and predictable like disturbing the peace. I don't want something too clever because it's a side issue and shouldn't distract too much
