Exactly how many scenes of the princess being nasty do I need?

I thought I had figured out the scene that was giving me trouble. But then it pared itself down to less. And possibly the thing I figured out as the solution is superfluous.

But I do have establish that she's a spoiled brat and picks on the heroine. . . .

I may shift the solution to a time when she's older.
