when fairy tales collide

There's a wedding in the story, the one at the end of "The Twelve Dancing Princesses."
Four of the guests who attend are in the middle of their tales, for a total of three tales. (One couple, two husbands whose wives did not come on their quests.)
And the bride and bridegroom are the least important of the six. . . indeed, one of the three tales is ending there.
Massive fairy tale mashups are interesting.
