the rest of the quest

marycatelliThe thing about a princess going off with her army to find the prince who visited when she was sleeping. . . .
She does have to travel some distance to do so.
In the fairy tales, the travel is completely elided into she sets out, and she arrives, and in my tale, at most I want to indicate that she traveled quite a bit. (And that she finds the way simply by asking about the traveler before her.)
She would have to, despite no plot twists happening, since the prince did. Which makes me wonder if I want to throw in a few events for him, too. Likewise to indicate the passage of time.
