It's all very well to have different things in your world-building, even things that would be impossible in the real world. But think it through?
You want epic fantasy, with vast battles, in the modern world with cell phones, motorcycles, and laptops.

Do you know what battles do to the factories that make cell phones, motorcycles?

And no, they wouldn't, for some chivalric reason, spare the factories. All of those are tools of war. They would be treated the next priority of attack, after munitions factories.

Even wandering dragons would make keeping a factory going difficult. Good defenses would help, but would run up the cost. Your dwarves might work underground for good reason.

The way things are going, we may well find out. Also, during WWII industrial production kept going despite the air raids.

Yes, but not so well. The United States was the arsenal of the Allies, and the part that wasn't invaded.

On the other hand, Germany, Japan, and the USSR kept producing.

All of them, and throwing in Great Britain and every other combatant nation, combined did not produce so much as the United States.
