As in, it opens with her trial for the charges at the end of volume 4 -- attempted murder. It entangles with her relationship with her brothers and father, and she improvises something that she realizes will bite her later.

There's also the end of the tournament, questions of the prizes, her approaching birthday that terrifies her because of its in-game significance, her attempts to woo Eckles's affection as the most likely, and more.

Including a reaction to using someone to win the game that shows she's thinking less of it as a game.
