But it wasn't detailed enough.
First it needed a place, and it needed what she had to fix. And then it insisted on going back and putting in a couple of scenes of how she reached that place.
And then I needed a form to put the evil magic into.
For a time I was thinking that it would be a frog because the place was watery, and the thing was green. But no, frogs don't have the reputation that toads do. So a bright green toad. And the heroine tells me she will dither a bit before her sage conclusion that it's neither, of course, but magic.
