mad engineer
Sep. 9th, 2013 10:11 pmI have a mad scientist in a story.
Like many another writer of steampunk, no doubt.
In spite of the obvious fact that most of them are actually engineers. They don't have hypotheses about blowing up the moon. They want to buy a machine that does it.
How often do you see an alleged mad scientist observing his unholy mockery of life to see what the experiment produced?
Nevertheless, I think I shall call him a mad scientist. Tradition is important, after all.
