Keeping me up to finish it as I reminded myself it needed to be more complex at the climax and developed it further.
And immediately started on the next outline, since this is the first of seven tales. (if the structure develops as my muse has been promising.)
And was reminded of a series I read where every book but the first started on a flat note because they were picking up the mess after the climax of the last. Tricky to avoid. Ah, the tricks you have to learn when you try writing new things.
