planting invisibility cloaks

The heroine has an invisibility cloak.  I had planted it in the first scene and given the explanation why she still has it.

And then I decided I had started too soon and needed to put in earlier scenes.

But then, she would have at least thought of it earlier.  And readers are entitled to all of her important thoughts, since she's the point of view character.
