"So," said John, "do you think this graph will show us the pattern of what happened?"
"Only if it's a representative sample," said Talia.
"But," said Tristan, "if it's not, we're just spinning our wheels anyway."
Talia's nose wrinkled. "At this point, I don't want to get my hopes up."
