juggling ideas

marycatelliGot ideas. Got a lot of ideas. They go together nicely but do seem to spell out a series.
They even have an ending, though the distance there is indeterminate.
The problem is that many of the ideas could go in different places, particularly since the stories are not well-formed yet -- but appear to be complex, with several separately motivated villains and so subplots.
Perhaps I should not try to split them up into stories (after the first one) so that it's easier to look over the notes. Figure out what goes where. I'm already shifting bright sparkling ideas that I thought might go into the first into later ones because the outline is becoming clearer.
And the complexity is, of course, delicate in itself. Multiple villains means that logically, taking out one means decreasing danger, which does not give your story a good shape. Have to give the other villains more danger to make up for it.
