Stand Against the Light by George Phillies

The Girl Who Saved the World book 3 with spoilers ahead for the first two works.

The continuing adventures of five tween ~~superheroes~~ personas in a parallel Earth to theirs without ~~powers~~ gifts. Bright, precocious tweens, but still tweens. The Earth they are in is closer to ours than their own.
